ONLINE STORE TERMS

Dispatch times may vary according to availability and any guarantees or representations made as to delivery times are subject to any delays resulting from postal delays or force majeure for which we will not be responsible.

GENERAL CONDITIONS

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.

EXCHANGE AND RETURN

In case of the product being damaged when you receive it, send us the  image of the damaged product to info@benovakunst.no . We will review it and arrange for a new order of the same product. Each and every artwork created by Benova Kunst is customized personally to meet your needs so we cannot make a return or exchange with another portrait style. But we love to work with you to give 100% satisfaction with our products, so we always offer to make a revision of the already made portrait. We love to deliver happiness with our product. 

PACKAGING

All the portraits will be delivered without FRAMES.  The printed artwork will be wrapped in a special foil, carefully rolled and packaged in cardboard tubes to ensure that the product remains intact during the delivery. The arty gifts like mugs, glasses etc will be wrapped in bubble wrap and packed in cardboard tubes.

SHIPPING

Standard shipping time is 3-5 business days from the day your order is packed. During increased sale period or public holidays, the delivery time could extend to a few more days. We always do our best to deliver the package to you as soon as possible.

NOT RECEIVED ORDER CONFIRMATION OR INVOICE

In case you have not received your order confirmation or invoice, kindly check your spam box or you may enter a wrong email address, in which case contact us at info@benovakunst.no and we will always be there to help you.

PRIVACY POLICY 

Our Privacy Policy states that Benovakunst.no will keep all the information that our customers provide with themselves and will not share it with any third party. Benovakunst.no will only keep the customer’s name, address and email. We don’t hold any of your credit card information. All payments are made on Paypal or Stripe gateways, which are both secured and famous for their anti fraud systems.

PROHIBITED PHOTOS

Although Benovakunst.no is unable to control all the images that our

customers upload to the website we hold the right to refuse to make a painting

from any kind of photo that might harm or offend individuals or other religions or races

including photos in which animals are harmed or hunted. We would like to emphasize on the fact that customers are both responsible and liable for the images they upload. Out of due respect to our community as a wholesome subject matter is prohibited on Benova Kunst. Here are the few more types of content that are not permitted in this site: hateful, racist, sexually violent, obscene, pornographic, child Exploitation, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, religiously offensive, illegal Activity, deceptive

We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
